Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu / No-Gi Submission Grappling has become an essential martial art and life skill in self-defense and combat since the Gracie family established BJJ as the dominant martial art in UFC #1 in the 1990s.
We train and specialize in No-Gi Grappling (grappling without the use of the traditional Japanese training kimono gi) for added realism, self-defense scenarios, and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) competitions.
