What to expect from our Sanda program:
Beginners:
Learn how to step, move, throw a punch and kick properly.
Learn to sweep, catch kicks and throw your opponent off balance.
Learn to take your opponent down with wrestling and throws.
Learn how to do spinning attacks.
Intermediate / Advanced:
Footwork and ring (Lei Tai) control.
Sanda striking combinations on pads, mitts, and heavy bags.
Striking to Takedown combinations.
Sparring.
