散打 散手 Sanda Kung Fu

Sanda Sanshou Kung Fu is a modernized form of Chinese Kung Fu practiced in China, translated as “Free Fighting” or simply Chinese Kickboxing.

Learn to incorporate Sanda-style punches, kicks, sweeps, takedowns, and throws that are perfect for general fitness, self-defense, and Mixed Martial Arts competition!

What to expect from our Sanda program:

Beginners:

  • Learn how to step, move, throw a punch and kick properly.

  • Learn to sweep, catch kicks and throw your opponent off balance.

  • Learn to take your opponent down with wrestling and throws.

  • Learn how to do spinning attacks.

Intermediate / Advanced:

  • Footwork and ring (Lei Tai) control.

  • Sanda striking combinations on pads, mitts, and heavy bags.

  • Striking to Takedown combinations.

  • Sparring.
