What to expect from our Muay Thai Kickboxing program:

Beginners:

  • Learn how to step, move, and throw a punch, kick, elbow, and knee.

  • Slowly add power and speed to your strikes.

  • Learn to clinch, and throw knees and elbows from inside the clinch.

  • Learn to sweep, catch kicks and throw your opponent off balance.

  • Learn to throw combination strikes of punches, kicks, knees, and elbows.

Intermediate / Advanced:

  • Fight-level conditioning.

  • Fight-level Muay Thai pad work, mitt work, bag work.

  • Clinch work.

  • Power combinations to create knockouts.

  • Fight strategy.
