Wrestling is arguably the most important skill to have in any one-on-one, combat sport setting, especially for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), No-Gi Submission Grappling, and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).
Having excellent wrestling skills means you control and dictate where the fight takes place - standing up, in the clinch, or on the ground.
We train all wrestling techniques (Freestyle, Greco-Roman, Catch Wrestling, Catch As Catch Can, Combat Submission Wrestling) and apply them to BJJ, No-Gi Submission Grappling, and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).
